Player Expectations
Players are expected to do everything with a purpose, maintain a “mask on” mentality, be accountable, and handle themselves with integrity on and off the field.

Coach Expectations
Coaches lead by example. They must communicate clearly, teach with purpose, and uphold TDE standards.

Coaching Development

Coaching the Coaches
Monthly training, feedback loops, and mentorship from MLB players form the backbone of our coaching development.

Evaluation & Feedback
We use peer reviews and family/player feedback to continuously grow our coaching staff, both in size, and in overall development of the current staff.

Player Development

Physical Training
Age-appropriate strength, arm care routines, throwing and hitting systems, and off-season prep are available.

Mental & Emotional Development
We have a passion for the mental side of life, and the mental agility that this game needs. This will be at the forefront of development.

Baseball IQ & Fundamentals
We will learn how to “play the game” the right way.

Practice & Game Standards

Practice Structure
Coaches use structured plans that are built around the standards of CLA (Constraint Led Approach).

Game Day Standards
Players arrive on time, act as a team, display sportsmanship, and take care of the areas that we occupy. Playing time is earned through intent and execution.

Communication Tools

Travel & Tournaments
Dress code, behavior on the road, and family expectations will be decided by your local director, or head coach.

Uniforms & Gear
Players and coaches are expected to maintain a clean, professional appearance, and be in TDE gear when you should be.
